ü  Our LMS and Course Materials are intended solely for enrolled Learners and may not be shared or redistributed.

ü  Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect intellectual property, and use resources ethically.

ü  Course Fees, Schedules, and Refund terms are clearly outlined during Registration and must be followed accordingly.

ü  DigitalHubTech reserves the right to modify content, class schedules, or access terms as part of regular updates or improvements.

ü  All Course Materials, including Videos, Documents and Assessments remain the intellectual property of DigitalHubTech.

ü  Unauthorized use, copying or distribution of content will result in disciplinary action or legal proceedings.

ü  Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Login credentials and LMS accounts.

ü  The Institute is not liable for any technical disruptions caused by external Internet Providers or Software incompatibilities.

ü  Continued use of the LMS implies acceptance of these terms, ensuring a fair, safe and Professional Learning environment for all.
